Play - Learn - Lead is a series of facilitated games for board and management development and training. These are outstanding tools for business / management students, management teams and boards of directors to develop knowledge, sharpen skills and support important conversations.

"I’ve taken part in many training sessions throughout my career, and this one really stood out.
"What made it different for me was how real it felt. Working through scenarios and making decisions in the moment made it easier to see how our choices play out and where things can shift depending on how we lead, communicate, and respond. It didn’t feel theoretical, it felt practical and directly relevant to the kinds of situations we deal with day to day.
"Thanks again for putting this together, I’m really glad I had the chance to be part of it."

"I have attended many training sessions over my 20+ year career and this was the best.
"It was fun + interactive - with concrete learning + actionable learnings. Great facilitation."
"This training was amazing. Loved the interactive approach. Enjoyed the small group. I liked being able to learn while playing. Mostly happy to be able to share issues with others. It was perfect."
